1 large peach, sliced and pitted
1/2 a banana
1 Green Tea tea bag
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tbsp honey
Directions:
Brew 1/2 cup of green tea and chill with ice cubes or Brew 1 cup of green tea and chill in refrigerator. Next blend the green tea, banana, and peaches until smooth while adding honey for sweetness. Enjoy a healthy green tea smoothie.
Ice Cream and Green Tea Recipe
This ice cream and green smoothie recipe combines the flavor of ice cream with the healthy benefits of green tea. Others flvor may work but vanilla seems to be the best option fo many mixes.
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup brewed green tea (chilled)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup honeydew melon
Directions:
Start by blending the tea with the banana and honeydew melon until slightly smooth. Add the ice cream and blend on low for 20 more seconds and enjoy a tasty green tea smoothie.
