Instead of milk, soy milk or apple juice can be substituted for a different taste. Also, leaving the peel on the apple will make the smoothie more nutritious. |
Apple Peach Cherry Smoothie Recipe
This recipe is very easy to make and the result is a very tasty smoothie. The addition of sugar is optional but the smoothie will usually already be sweet enough for most people.
1 apple sliced in sections
1/2 cup pitted cherries
1 cup pitted and sliced peaches
1 cup ice cubes
1 medium banana
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Blend the banana, crushed ice, and milk together for about 30 seconds. The add the cherries, apples, and peaches and blend for an additional minute on high till the fruit is mixed. Serve and enjoy.
